Here at The Butcher's Market, we wanted to provide you with our take on the Turducken with out all that hassle of figuring out how best to cook it with it drying out or being undercooked.
For our version we have taken the breast meat of the 3 birds that go into a turducken (Turkey, Duck, & Chicken) and cut them all to be similar in shape, size and thickness. Then layered them on top of one another but with a twist we make sure to put the duck on top. That way all that beautiful duck skin is used during the cooking process.
So give these a shot if you are looking for something unique to try or want to say you had turducken for your holiday dinner.
